1. Your Work Galleries – Here are all of your work galleries that you’ve created.

2. Back to Your Dashboard – If you wish to go back to your Dashboard, you can click on any of the two buttons on this page. One is located at the top of your work Gallery Grid and one is located at the bottom.

3. Work Gallery Card – In the Work Gallery Grid you will find a Work Gallery Gallery card for each gallery that you’ve created.

4. Featured Image – This is the featured image of your work Gallery.

5. Work Gallery Name – This is the name that you gave your work gallery. This displays here as well as on the front end when people are on your profile and then click on your Work Gallery accordion. to see an image of this, please click on the button labeled

6. Edit Work Gallery Button – To begin making edits to any of your work galleries, please click this button labeled Edit Work Gallery on the work gallery you want to edit.

7. Help Bar – Please take advantage of our help bar to learn how to make edits to any of your Work Galleries. Along with this help page, we have two videos on how to make any edits you make easy.

Getting Started

To begin editing any of your work galleries, please scroll through your galleries until you find the one you’re looking for and then click on the Edit Work Gallery button. After doing this, a model window will open up and you can begin making edits to that work gallery. to see a brief video on what the model window looks like, please click on the button above labeled Modal Window Example.

After opening up the model window, you can select the fields that you would like to make edits in. For a description of the four work gallery fields, please read the text below.

1.  Pro Work Gallery Title – This will display on the Work Gallery Cards in the accordion on your profile. The title also displays on the full work gallery and is something people will see after clicking on the image of a work gallery on your profile. To see images of both the work gallery card and the full work gallery, please click on the image buttons above.

2. Company Name – Please put your company name here. This will display on the full work gallery after people click on the image of the gallery in the accordion on your profile. To see what this looks like on the full work gallery, please click on the button above labeled Full Work Gallery.

3. Featured image – When people open up the accordion on your profile, they will see all of the work galleries that you’ve created. Each one will show a featured image that people can click on to be taken to the Full Work Gallery.  To see what this looks like please click on the button labeled Work Gallery Card. You might also want to click on the button labeled Zoom in on Work Gallery. Here you will see an image of what the Work Gallery looks like on your profile

In order to keep things looking symmetrical. please try and keep the images having the same dimensions whether it be in landscape or portrait format.

4. Job Gallery – This is where you will upload all of the images for your job gallery. You need a minimum of eight pictures and can put in a maximum of forty images. Although not required, we suggest that all of your images have the same dimensions/aspect ratio to keep your gallery looking clean. To see an example of what the Full Work Gallery looks like, please click in the button above labeled “Full Work Gallery.”

5. Help – As with all pages where you either have to edit something or create something, we have a help bar. Please take advantage of not just the help page, but also the videos we’ve created. This will make it easy for you to work on your profile as well as creating any of the work galleries you’ve put together.
