Our refund and policy lasts within 15 days of your first month free (one month and 15 days). If 15 days have passed after your first billing cycle, we can’t offer you a refund.

Once your cancellation email has been received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your cancellation email. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Our refund policy for ad assets lasts 4 days for a full refund of your purchase. After that you have another 2 days to get a partial refund (50%) after your purchase because by then we will have already begun working on your ad assets or have completed them.
